Launch the apps you want to share in split screen and multitasking. When I resize a captured window, simultaneously resize any adjacent captured window. When I hang a window, show what I can hang next to it. When I snap a window, automatically size it to fill the available space. Arrange windows automatically by dragging them to the sides or corners of the screen. The Snap Assistant offers the following four options. Usually these are already enabled by default on Windows 10. This will enable Snap features on your Windows 10. On the right side you can see the Snap options, turn on the cursors in case they are turned off. 
Click on the System and multitasking from the list.
